“People, who are struggling with chronic pain, feel often stuck, powerless and alone in a condition that prevents them from enjoying life more fully. Since conventional medicine offers a rather limited array of treatment options, patients with chronic pain frequently suffer from hopelessness, depression and anxiety.

“Nagging questions on why they are experiencing so much discomfort and what can be done to resolve these issues remain unanswered. Until now.

“Dr. Kuttner’s excellent new book provides logical and scientific explanations on how the body and the mind together create chronic pain, and it offers practical and effective solutions on how to decrease and release it. Dr. Kuttner’s book, which is based on decades of his clinical experience, is a true gift of hope and promise to the countless people, who have been feeling trapped in their own bodies.”

This book is well-written, interesting and easy to follow, but it is backed up by a scientific understanding of pain mechanisms from a doctor who not only has extensive professional experience, but who also has

“This book is well-written, interesting and easy to follow, but it is backed up by a scientific understanding of pain mechanisms from a doctor who not only has extensive professional experience, but who also has long term personal experience with chronic pain. If you have chronic pain and aren’t ready to face the prospect of an uncertain surgical intervention, this book would be an excellent investment, if you have an open mind and are willing to give the process a try.”
